We are seeking a candidate with exceptional research and writing skills with commercial ligation experience. We have sophisticated clientele and interesting cases. Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of litigation, including conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and representing clients in court.
Collaborate with legal staff and partners to develop legal strategies and prepare for trial.
Build relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about case progress.
Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by participating in client meetings, networking events, and other activities.
